went SHOPPING yesterday. at Bugis. the stuff there is supposedly cheap. but HELL NO it wasnt. esp Bugis Street. the clothes were priced sky-high. ok, but the shoes were cheap though.
got sick of Bugis and their stupid prices that me and Jia Qi went to Bugis Junction to look at what else, DOROTHY PERKINS!! didnt buy anything frm there though, saw a top but it was too big and that werent any smaller sizes left.
so our last hope was Bugis Icon. i finally made my first purchase there, bought a WALLET! in the cab on the way to the soccer bbq Jia Ru said my wallet was "glam". haha! and Madeleine asked what if she carried that wallet.
Madeleine keeps picking up girly stuff and asking how she'd look if she wore this or that. haha! maybe she's getting in touch with her feminine side.
NOT!!!
had a pedicure done at Jia Qi's mother's shop. my big toes look like ang pows now. but it looks nice ok.
anyway. the bbq was fun. it was obvious who the slackers and the workers were. the slackers would just run away somewhere while the workers obviously cooked all night. it's not hard to guess which group i was in. :D me and Jia Ru went to sit at the beach and saw this couple making out, almost wanna have sex there already. UGH. get a room man. and we were laughing abt it and thinking up evil plots to go and disrupt them. heh.
then later we went to climb a tree! i think ants sleep at night cos there wasnt a single ant on that tree. it's a wonder how the tree took FOUR of us man. it was shaking everytime someone moved. attempted to sing with Hwee Li but obviously it didnt work out. haha.
my sore throat was getting better but after screaming so much last night i think i'm back to square one. and i hate blocked noses.
Claudia Ang wants to go out but no one wants to go with her. i dont mind shopping but i'm too lazy to dress up. :s plus i have no more money.
